The images on this site are my original work, either photography or digital artwork and are digitally and visually watermarked which states that it is a copyrighted work of art. The digital watermark is embedded in the image and impossible to remove even if the visual watermark has been tampered with. Graphic programs such as PhotoShop, Paint Shop Pro and Photo Impact can read the digital watermark.

TERMS OF USE

1. These themes may be used on your personal computer only.
2. You may save the zip file to disk as a backup in the event of a computer problem.
3. You may not offer to email a theme or it's zip file.
4. You may not upload the zip file to any web site.
5. The wallpaper contained in this package or any of the theme elements may NOT be taken out and used in any way (this includes making part of the image into a tube, stamp, brush, etc).
6. You may not offer this package for sale under any circumstance.
7. By downloading any files from my site you agree to my terms of use.

** I do NOT recommend using my themes with Windows Vista, I will write more information when I've come up with a workable solution.

My themes no longer contain any music, you can use the windows default sound scheme if you prefer sound files. There are instructions in the readme file for applying the default sounds.

The themes come with one size wallpaper 1152x864, it will resize to fit your desktop when you apply the theme.
