The wallpapers contained in these themes are my original work either photography or digital artwork and are digitally and visually watermarked which states that it is a copyrighted work of art. Graphic programs such as PhotoShop, Paint Shop Pro and Photo Impact can read the digital watermark.

1. These themes may be used on your personal computer only.
2. You may save the zip file to disk as a backup in the event of a computer problem.
3. You may not offer to email a theme or it's zip file.
4. You may not upload the zip file to any web site.

My themes no longer contain any music, you can use the windows default sound scheme if you prefer sound files. There are instructions in the readme file for applying the default sounds.

The themes come with one size wallpaper 1152x864, it will resize to fit your desktop when you apply the theme.
