We are making these seamless tiles that I've used on this page.
You'll need:
Paint Shop Pro. (Tutorial written in PSP 7) Download a trial version HERE

Any filter that can make a seamless tile such as Simple Filter's Quick Tile



Let's get started:


1. Open a new image 200x200 transparent background.

2. Flood fill with white.

3. Change your color to #F4F2F2 and use your airbrush tool with these settings:


4. Spray over the white. I know you can't see it very well, but that's okay. We just need a slightly different color to give it some texture.

5. Go to EFFECTS, TEXTURE EFFECTS, ROUGH LEATHER with these settings:



6. Then go to EFFECTS, TEXTURE EFFECTS, FINE LEATHER with these settings:



7. That's the first background. Now if you want the gold spray webbing, follow all the steps above except change the color on the Fine Leather from black to blue #0000C0.

8. Make your tile seamless and you're done!! Isn't that cool looking? I love it :)
